    Insurance

This practice does not accept insurance.  We are happy to provide a superbill, which some clients can submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement of some or all of the fees for therapy.  Please check with your insurance company for more information about if they will reimburse you for out-of-network mental health benefits.

Here are some questions to ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?
    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
    • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

This practice is not a Medicaid provider, and therefore per Medicaid rules, we are not able to provide services to Medicaid clients, even if that client is willing to pay out of pocket.

    Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payments from HSA accounts.

    Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

    Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate, which is an estimate of how much your care will cost.  You will receive a Good Faith Estimate as part of your initial paperwork when you become a client of the practice.  We are happy to discuss any questions you have about fees and the No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimate.
